This information is required to process orders and provide customer support.

We collect and store:

• Order details (products, quantity, price)

• Tracking number (if provided by the admin/seller)

1.3 Payment Information

Payments are made using UPI / QR-based external payment applications. We do not collect, store, or process any bank account details, card numbers, or UPI PINs.

Users may upload payment screenshots only for payment verification purposes.

1.4 Chat & Support Data

When using the in-app chat feature, we may collect:

• Text messages between user and admin
• Payment screenshots (maximum two per order)

This data is used strictly for order support and verification.

1.5 Device & Usage Information

The app may automatically collect:

• Device type and Android version
• App usage and crash reports (for performance improvement)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process and deliver orders
• Verify payments
• Provide customer support
• Update order status and tracking details
• Improve app performance and user experience

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is securely stored using Firebase Firestore and Firebase Storage. Access to data is protected using authentication and security rules. Only authorized admin accounts can access order and chat information.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent users’ personal information to third parties. Information may be disclosed only if required by law.

You have the right to:

• View your personal and order information
• Request correction of incorrect data
• Contact us regarding privacy concerns

6. Children’s Privacy

Apunaar Dukaan is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
